Public BBQ

Berrinba Wetlands is a beautiful park with plenty of activities and facilities to offer. It has a great number of walking tracks, including a concrete pathway looping through the wetlands, which is wheelchair-friendly. There are many BBQs, covered seating areas, and playgrounds, making it an excellent spot for family outings. Visitors can also enjoy cycling, fitness groups, and other entertainment activities. The park has plenty of wildlife to see, including waterbirds, and is a great place for birdwatching and photography. There are also ample parking spaces and clean public amenities, making it an accessible place for everyone to enjoy.

Aussie public BBQs are simple to use. Majority of sites listed on this website are gas or electric BBQs. Simply press the button and it will turn on for a set amount of time (10-20 minutes).

You should first check with Logan council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
